Refunds
For new StrandCalls accounts, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of your first paid charge, email [email protected] to request a full refund of fees paid to date. Limit one refund per customer account (not per location). Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The subscription cancels on refund. This guarantee does not apply to renewals, subsequent billing cycles, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
Fair Use
StrandCalls subscriptions include unlimited inbound voice calls for reasonable use by a single business location. "Reasonable use" means call volume and duration consistent with an independent contractor or small business serving its own customers from that location, using one forwarded business number per subscription. A single business number with multiple internal extensions or an after-hours forward into the same subscription is normal use.
We reserve the right to contact customers whose usage pattern is inconsistent with this — for example, reselling the service to third parties, routing call-center overflow traffic, sharing one subscription across multiple physical locations, or forwarding multiple distinct business numbers into one subscription — to discuss custom pricing or service adjustments.
Our intent in these cases is to find a workable pricing fit, not to cancel service.
