Authorized use
ARRF measures your iPhone's own connection on any Wi-Fi network you join. With an optional vendor pack, it also connects to access points and a cloud network controller to read live signal and client data, identify your phone in an access point's client list, and receive packet captures. You may use ARRF only on networks and equipment that you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for having permission to run tests on the network you are connected to, to connect to the access points and controller you configure, and to use the credentials you enter. Client lists and packet captures can include information about other people's devices; use them only for administering your network, and do not use ARRF to access equipment or monitor devices or traffic without authorization.
Diagnostic tool, not a certified instrument
ARRF is a visualization and diagnostic aid. Its readings are approximate and depend on your iPhone, the network, the test server, access-point firmware, your configuration, and radio conditions. Call and video grades are estimates of likely experience, not guarantees. ARRF is not a calibrated or certified measurement instrument, and its output should not be relied upon for safety, regulatory, contractual, or compliance purposes. The Service is provided "as is" as described in the Master Terms.
Free trial and one-time unlock
ARRF is free to download. The free trial unlocks every feature for 14 days or 3 surveys, whichever comes first. After that, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks ARRF on an ongoing basis; it is not a subscription and does not renew. Without the unlock, new surveys, vendor packs, toolbox tools and internet tests stop, but your existing surveys, reports and exports stay available to view and export.
The trial and the unlock are in-app purchases sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policies; NeuralConfig cannot issue them directly. To get the unlock back after reinstalling, or on another device signed in to the same Apple account, use Restore purchases in the app.
Internet tests and the test server
ARRF's internet tests use a test server operated by NeuralConfig. Use of that server is included with ARRF for as long as we offer it, subject to fair use. To keep it available to everyone, the server applies rate limits and a data cap per install, and may refuse tests above them. We may change these limits, or change or discontinue the test server, at any time; the rest of ARRF keeps working without it. You can skip internet tests, or point ARRF at a test server you host yourself, which NeuralConfig does not operate. Do not use the test server for anything other than testing with ARRF.
Credentials
You are responsible for the access-point logins, cloud-controller credentials, and other credentials you enter into ARRF, and for keeping their use appropriate to the networks you administer. ARRF stores them in the iOS Keychain on your device and sends them only to the equipment or controller you designate; NeuralConfig never receives them.
