Privacy Policy — Dashboard Gallery Addendum
Summary: There are no accounts, no cookies and no analytics tracking. If you ask the AI search a question, we keep the question as you typed it for 180 days, with no name, IP address or other identifier attached. If you request a dashboard, we keep what you wrote, and your email address if you choose to give one, until we delete it. AI processing runs on Cloudflare's network; nothing you type is sent to any other AI provider.

What Dashboard Gallery is
Dashboard Gallery showcases dashboards we have built for a cloud network-analytics platform. You can browse them, ask a plain-language AI search to find the right one, download a dashboard as an export bundle to import into your own account on that platform, and ask us to build a dashboard the gallery does not have.
Every dashboard in the gallery is built by us. Before one is published, identifying details of the network it was built on are removed, and only the redacted copy is ever publicly reachable.
Data collected
1. Questions you ask the AI search
When you ask the AI search a question, we store the question exactly as you typed it, together with a record of how it was answered: the search terms the AI model derived from your question, how many dashboards matched, which dashboards the answer cited, which model answered, how long it took and whether it answered or declined.
That record carries no IP address, no account, no cookie and no session or device identifier. We keep it to see which dashboards people look for and cannot find, and to improve the search.
Please do not put personal or confidential information into a question.
2. Dashboard requests
When you submit the request form, we store:
- What you wrote (up to 1,200 characters)
- Your email address, if you choose to give one. It is optional, and we use it only to contact you about that request.
- The request's status and our own notes on it, and when it was created and updated
Requests are not publicly readable. They are visible only to NeuralConfig, through an administrative console protected by Cloudflare Access and by a separate sign-in check on every administrative request.
While you are typing a request, the draft is sent to the AI model to suggest existing dashboards that may already cover it and to suggest how to make the request clearer. Those calls happen before you submit and store nothing: the draft is kept only if you submit the form.
3. Aggregate counts
We count, per dashboard and per day, how many times dashboards are viewed and downloaded and how many questions and requests are made. These are plain totals. They contain no information about who you are, and they are kept indefinitely.
4. Downloads
Downloading a dashboard requires nothing from you. Each export bundle is generated for that download, and the only thing recorded is the daily download count above.
5. Abuse protection
- Rate limiting: the AI search, the request form and downloads are rate-limited by IP address using Cloudflare's rate limiter, over short windows of about a minute. We do not write IP addresses to any database.
- Bot check: the request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a person is submitting it. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy. It loads only on the request form.
6. Platform logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs, which can include request metadata such as IP address and browser type, retained according to Cloudflare's standard log retention. Our own log lines do not contain the text of your questions or requests, although a log line may contain the search terms the AI model derived from a question.
Cookies and browser storage
Dashboard Gallery sets no cookies on visitors and uses no browser storage. It runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The only third-party script is the Turnstile check on the request form.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts the gallery and its database and runs the AI models. The AI search, the request suggestions and the matching of your question against the gallery all run on Cloudflare Workers AI, using open-weight models hosted on Cloudflare's network. Your questions and drafts are not sent to Anthropic or to any other AI provider.
- No one else. We do not sell, share or rent your questions, requests or email address, and no advertising or analytics service receives them.

Your choices and rights
- Leave out your email address. The request form works without it; we just cannot reply to you.
- Delete a request. Email us and we will delete it, with any email address you gave.
- Delete a question. Questions are stored without any identifier, so we can find one only if you tell us what you asked and roughly when. If you do, we will delete it.
- The rights described in the Master Privacy Policy apply where relevant.
